The KA-H10 flexible rail welding car is a welding equipment driven by gear shifts on the track. It is widely used in horizontal welding and vertical welding. The car body, swinging device, and control panel are split, which can be welded on the track. 1) KA-H10 to achieve vertical welding, horizontal welding, ring seam welding and horizontal welding.

Product Structure Introduction

1.DC motor: The power device for walking in a car. Use AC220V power supply. Or choose 24V lithium battery
2.Rail: Flexible orbit/hard track, there is a certain period of elasticity, the standard configuration is 1.8 meters, which can be extended to use.
3.Switch magnet: Fixed device of the track. It can generate 60kg suction and can be firmly adsorbed on the workpiece. With a removed handle, it is convenient for the disassembly and movement of the track.
4. Main control box: The control center of the car, all movements are controlled.
5.Quick clutch: car rail wheel clutch device. Move the clutch up and move to the left is the clutch. It can quickly drive the car.
6.X-Y fine-tuning slide: regulatory agency at the location of the welded gun. The adjustment range of the X direction is ± 20mm, and the adjustment range of the Y direction is ± 20mm.
7.Swelling motor (swing head): driver device of the swinger. Using high -precision DC motor, its power is 6W.

Control introduction

 

1) Welding/non -welding" switch: Enter the welding preparation status when selecting the "welding" position, and press the "start" switch for welding; press the "start" switch when the "non -welding" position is selected. Essence
(2) Start" switch: The switch is turned on and the car starts to walk. The welding "position is only walking but not welding.
(3) Stop" switch: If you press the stop switch during the trips of the car, all the actions will stop.
(4) Up Down: You can choose to walk up or down.
(5) Walking speed: The speed value is displayed in digital, the maximum walking speed is 1040mm/min, and the digital display value is 999.
(6) Switching speed adjustment knob: Rotate the swing swing speed in clockwise, the maximum value is 1520mm/min. The maximum scale is 10.
(7) swing range: The amplitude of the swing of clockwise rotation increases, and the maximum value is 20mm. The maximum scale is 10.
(8) Stop time adjustment knob: The adjustment range is 0 ~ 2S, and clockwise increases.
(9) Right stop time adjustment knob: The range is 0 ~ 2s, and clockwise increases.
(10) left right center moving: When rotating clockwise, the center will move to the right, and the center will move to the left when the clockwise rotation counterclockwise, and the maximum range of movement is ± 5mm. The maximum scale value is represented by scale value.
