The KA-GD pipeline ring seam welding machine is fixed with a tube, and the welding car crawling independently to achieve the pipeline welding. The welding process uses high-efficiency, low-cost CO2 gas protection welding (GMAW), and welding wire optional refreshment wire or drug cores Welding wire, the entire welding is more rational, and the operation is more humane.
Ads to the pipeline by magnetic force, and automatically crawl along the welding channel during welding. It is very convenient to install, use and remove quickly. The welding of stainless steel or pipes that cannot be magnetically adsorbed requires another track, and the track specifications are customized according to the need for welding.


2. Features
(1) KA-GD is a swing type automatic welding device, which can obtain a wider weld seam in one welding.
(2) The swing speed, swing amplitude, center position, and left and right dwell time can all be adjusted, suitable for various specifications of welding beads.

(1) Swinging device: drives the welding gun to perform pendulum swing welding

Control introduction

 

1) Welding/non -welding" switch: Enter the welding preparation status when selecting the "welding" position, and press the "start" switch for welding; press the "start" switch when the "non -welding" position is selected. Essence
(2) Start" switch: The switch is turned on and the car starts to walk. The welding "position is only walking but not welding.
(3) Stop" switch: If you press the stop switch during the trips of the car, all the actions will stop.
(4) Up Down: You can choose to walk up or down.
(5) Walking speed: The speed value is displayed in digital, the maximum walking speed is 1040mm/min, and the digital display value is 999.
(6) Switching speed adjustment knob: Rotate the swing swing speed in clockwise, the maximum value is 1520mm/min. The maximum scale is 10.
(7) swing range: The amplitude of the swing of clockwise rotation increases, and the maximum value is 20mm. The maximum scale is 10.
(8) Stop time adjustment knob: The adjustment range is 0 ~ 2S, and clockwise increases.
(9) Right stop time adjustment knob: The range is 0 ~ 2s, and clockwise increases.
(10) left right center moving: When rotating clockwise, the center will move to the right, and the center will move to the left when the clockwise rotation counterclockwise, and the maximum range of movement is ± 5mm. The maximum scale value is represented by scale value.
